"Everything came exactly as ordered"
I ordered a few bits from Cottage Toys and it all arrived just as I’d chosen. No missing items, no random wrong colours, and the quantities were all right too. It was a straightforward order, but still nice when everything turns up spot on. Happy with it overall.

"Customer service was actually really helpful"
I had to get in touch with Cottage Toys about an order, and they replied quickly, which was a nice surprise. The message was friendly too, not one of those copy-and-paste replies you sometimes get. They answered my question properly without making me go back and forth a million times, which I really appreciated. it’s just nice when a company makes things easy. I’d definitely order from them again

"I had to send back one toy because..."
I had to send back one toy because it just wasn’t quite what we were after, the return instructions were easy to follow but I did end up waiting a couple of days before hearing back from them which was a bit annoying, once they received it though the refund came through without any drama. It could definitely be a bit faster, but it was fine in the end and I’d probably order from them again.

I found the website straightforward to use, and checkout went through without any hassle. A couple pages were a little slow to load on my end, but nothing major. Overall, ordering was easy enough and I didn’t run into any real issues.

"Lovely looking toys, but didn’t hold up"
I ordered a couple of wooden toys from cottage-toys.co.uk and, they were really cute when they arrived. The kids were excited and played with them straight away, so at first I felt happy with the purchase.

After a few days though, one piece started coming loose and the paint marked up quicker than I expected. They’re not terrible by any means, and I do like the look of them, but for the price I was hoping they’d last a bit better.

"I’m not trying to be too picky..."
I’m not trying to be too picky, but the box looked kind of cheap. I bought it thinking it would be nice to give as a gift, and it just didn’t feel presentable enough without repackaging it

"They actually had it in stock"
I was trying to find a specific toy and kept running into the same thing everywhere else — it would look available, then say out of stock once I clicked through. Cottage Toys actually had it in stock, and the order went through with no issues. Such a relief not having to bounce around a dozen different sites. I’d definitely use them again.

"Okay prices, but not always great value"
I ordered a couple bits for the kids and tbh it was fine overall. Some stuff seemed fairly priced, but a few things felt a bit too pricey for what they actually were.
Delivery was okay, not exactly super quick but not a massive issue either. The toys looked like the photos and were packed alright, so no real complaints there.

I’d maybe use cottage-toys.co.uk again if I spotted a decent deal, but next time I’d probly compare prices first just to make sure it’s actually worth it.

"Fast delivery and definitely worth it"
Delivery was really quick and everything arrived in perfect shape. No hassle at all, and I actually got my order sooner than I expected. For the service and speed, I’d say it was great value and I’m really happy with it.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The toy itself was fine, but... the packaging really wasn’t great. The box showed up all squashed, and one corner was actually open, so it didn’t feel like it had been packed with much care. Luckily, nothing was missing, but yeah... for the price, I expected it to arrive in better shape.

"Better than I thought it would be"
Well... I was actually surprised by how solid this feels. The kids have been using it every day, and so far it’s holding up really well.
